Service Outage

Sorry guys, very brief service outage on my internet, but I'm back. Tom Brady is still very below his game and it looked like he may have suffered an arm or shoulder injury on that last play. A pretty low scoring first half.

I think the Giants are getting a lot more pressure than anybody thought they would, with predictable results for the Patriots offense. Justin Tuck is a guy I didn't talk about and probably should have. He's been a big reason that the other rushers have been so effective.

Brady is clearly not healthy and not on his game at all. Eli Manning started out hot, but has bottomed out a little bit since and seems to have lost a little confidence because of interceptions. You have to give him a bit of credit though, since he's always put his team and the win in front of his numbers. He's the kind of QB who would throw 20 incompletes and throw 20 more if it meant that the Giants could win the game.

Stephen Neal is questionable for the Patriots, so Russ Hochstein is filling in at Guard.

The Illegal Bat rule that was pulled on Bradshaw is an interesting one and stems back to a Conference Title game played between the Pittsburg Steelers and the Oakland Raiders where a Raider player batted a fumbled forward repeatedly before recovering it in the end zone for a touchdown.

Please enjoy Tom Petty, and we'll see you after the Halftime show.
