The second biggest name on the list is WR Marty Booker (31). To be honest, that's a bit of a surprise for me. He's 31 and so he might decide to retire, or it's possible that he will go on to have several productive years with a winning team as a second or third WR. The reasoning behind it is, I guess, that the Parcells, Sparano, and Ireland want to start Ted Ginn Jr. and Derek Hagan and not waste any time trying to find a team that will give them draft picks for him (unlikely). He would have probably been unhappy being third on the depth chart, but I think that Ginn probably would have benefitted more from having Booker as a tutor and being the third option than he will from being the second or first WR. Ginn still has to work on basics like route running anyways, and it's not like you can't learn that from being third on the list.
OT L.J. Shelton and DT Keith Traylor are the last really notable names. Shelton is a marginal starter but would add good depth along any O-Line, so if your team picks him up consider it a quietly effective hire. Traylor is a massive, run-stopping DT who is 38 and will probably retire, but if he doesn't he could be effective for a year or two working beside a penetrating DT in a 4-3 scheme or a third DT as part of a rotation.
The last five names were OT Anthony Alabi (young, but might not get picked up by anyone), DT Anthony Bryant (young, could add depth), OT Marion Dukes,DT Marquay Love, and OT Joe Toledo.
The only thing really notable about that list is that the Dolphins are clearly looking to address both the OT and DT positions in free agency and in the draft.
